ENMNE (Ethical Non-Monogamy New England) is a community made up of adults from all over New England (and beyond) who practice ethical and consensual relationships. It's a place to come together and co-create community. We are primarily made up of folks who practice non-monogamy but welcome people exploring many types of relationship structures. We are a diverse community that supports each other, learns and grows together, and leads with love. Our hope is to promote community members' skills and knowledge through hosting events that highlight our talents and foster growth and connection in a safe and supportive environment.
At ENMNE, we strive to create a space where people practicing many varieties of ethical non-monogamy can come together. Fostering a space that centers consent, our other values also shape our culture and guide how we engage with one another and ourselves. We believe that true growth and meaningful impact come from the way we treat each other and the way we show up for ourselves.
Connection - We co-create space that fosters belonging, connection and community through mutual respect and care, celebrating our interdependence and empowering one another.
Empowerment – We uplift and support one another, encouraging each other to use our voices and honor consent, offering opportunities for personal evolution.
Justice – We commit to equity and accountability and believe that we are individually and collectively responsible for creating a just and inclusive space (and world).
Belonging – We work collectively to cultivate a culture where people can feel safe, supported, and connected.
Integrity – We move with honesty, respect, and care, and support each other in staying true to our values in every interaction.
Curiosity - We strive to create a space where it feels safe to be curious, and we encourage each other to celebrate practicing vulnerability.
Personal Growth - We challenge ourselves to learn, evolve and grow with authenticity, bravery and self-exploration.
Authenticity – We honor who we are and create space for others to do the same.
Bravery – We lean into discomfort, take risks, and embrace self-exploration as a path to growth.
Together, these values shape a culture where both individuals and the community thrive.
Although ENMNE is currently structured as an LLC, our long-term goal is to transition into a nonprofit community organization. To support this shift, we have established a Board and are actively working through the necessary steps to formalize our nonprofit status.
Below, you’ll find a list of our current Board members. Due to the nature of our work and the need to protect the privacy of some individuals, members are listed as they have chosen to be represented. Those involved in the community will recognize them based on the information provided. For external inquiries or questions directed to specific Board members, please feel free to reach out to us at information@enmne.com.
