Camp Payment Structure and Options

We believe that all people should be able to enjoy experiences like camp and understand that while some have the means to pay for an event like this, others may struggle to do so. We want to be really transparent about what putting on an event like this costs and how much it costs for one human to attend. Our goal is not to make money on this event - we simply wish to provide the community with space to connect authentically and holistically.

Camp Costs:

  • Event space rental $55,566 (for 80 people and an additional $675 per person over 80)
  • Catering $0 (included in above rental)
  • Golf carts $1,000 (estimated)
  • Insurance $1,000 (estimated)
  • Payment processing fees for virtual payments 3.49%

Total cost: $57,566

Total cost for one human: $745

We are offering tiers of pricing for folks to choose from. We are not going to ask for proof and ask that everyone who applies to this event makes the decision that is best for them.

If you fall outside those tiers; please reach out to us at information@enmne.com.  We want to be able to ensure that folks with hardships are still able to attend our events.

Tiered Payment Options

Tier one: $995

You may want to choose this option if:

  • You are comfortably able to meet all of your basic needs
  • You have access to financial savings and/or expendable income for “wants”
  • You may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs.
  • You are employed or do not need to work to meet your basic needs

Note: By choosing this price, you are “paying it  forward” and contributing to a more equitable world by supporting membership access for those with less.

Tier two: $745

You may want to choose this option if:

  • You may stress about meeting your basic needs but still regularly achieve them
  • You may have some debt but it does not prohibit the attainment of basic needs
  • You are employed
  • You might have access to financial savings
  • You have some expendable income but must be selective about where to spend it

Note: This is the base cost of one camper to attend.

Tier three: $575

You may want to choose this option if:

  • You frequently stress about meeting basic needs & don’t always achieve them
  • You have debt and it sometimes prohibits you from meeting your basic needs
  • You are unemployed, underemployed, or have unstable employment

FAQ: Logistics & Lodging

Applications for Camp Constellation will be accepted until June 1, 2025

Apply for camp here at the top of this page: https://enmne.com/camp-constellation

The exact location will be shared with accepted campers, but the camp is located in Southern Main about an hour outside of Portland.

Camp is all about community! This is an immersive event, and all attendees are encouraged to stay on site.

Yes! All meals, lodging, and activities are included.

Camp Constellation is committed to ensuring that every camper is well-fed. The camp kitchen will provide vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options at every meal. Please include your dietary needs in your camp application or reach out at least two weeks prior to camp to ensure that the kitchen is aware of your needs.

There are a few buildings with WiFi but it is very limited. Cell service at the location appeared to be okay when organizers toured the space.

NO. This event is 21+ and we only allow service dogs (not emotional support dogs) as the camp owners have two dogs who will be on site.

You MUST be in attendance for the opening orientation that occurs on the first day of camp.

Right now we are not logistically set up to allow for shorter experiences and have found, through other events, that it interrupts the community building to have people join in part way through or leave early. We hope to have future events that are smaller in nature and more accessible for community members who cannot get away for 5+ days.

With that said, if you come to the event and choose to leave early, no-one will stop you. You simply will miss whatever events were planned and there is no refund for choosing to end your experience early.

While we are not verifying the vaccine status of campers, we would like to encourage everyone to care for the greater community and obtain all up to date vaccines recommended for the various illnesses that exist based on conversations with your own medical teams (covid, flu, pneumonia, etc.). If you test positive for Covid-19 within 2 weeks of the start date, we ask that you do not attend camp to help protect the community. We are happy to discuss rolling your payment forward to the next year.

Yes. There are many indoor spaces, and we recommend bringing layers and rain gear to prepare for all kinds of weather.

No, all campers are housed in group cabins or may camp in a tent or RV.

YES! However, there are limited numbers of outlets so we recommend bringing an extension cord and a power strip as needed.

Each toilet has its own stall and showers are separate so that there is an adequate amount of privacy.

There are no service hookups available.

All campers will have access to showers and bathrooms. Folks in the cabins will have bathrooms in each cabin. Folks who tent/RV will have a designated cabin to use; we will do our best to assign a space within a football field’s distance to the tenting area.

FAQ: Camp Experience

Campers can dress however they would like. Genitals must be covered in the dining hall.

There is no way to purchase items at camp, but we will have an offering table with items donated by campers. The nearest stores are about 9-15 minutes away by car.

All campers are required to attend the opening and space specific orientations. Other than that, you are free to choose how to spend your time at camp.

Offerings should be submitted by June 30th for review to be added to the camp schedule. We cannot guarantee your offering will be accepted into the finalized schedule.

Maine requires we have a lifeguard on duty when we use the waterfront. The camp will be supplying the lifeguard for our scheduled swim times.

This is a Bring Your Own event. Responsible use of alcohol and marijuana are allowed, and recreational marijuana is legal in the state of Maine. We strongly discourage excessive substance use, and some spaces at camp may require sobriety. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all enclosed public spaces, including cabins. There will be designated tobacco use space for those who partake in tobacco.

FAQ: Finance and Miscellaneous

Payment in full is due by June 15th to secure your spot.  After that you will be charged an additional $50.00

We believe that all people should be able to enjoy experiences like camp and understand that, while some have the means to pay for an event like this, others may struggle to do so. We are offering tiers of pricing for folks to choose from. We are not going to ask for proof and ask that everyone who applies to this event makes the decision that is best for them. In this way, those who wish to can “pay it forward” and contribute to a more equitable world by supporting membership access for those with less.

If you fall outside the three tiers; please reach out to us at information@enmne.com. Making camp as accessible as possible is very important to us, and we will do whatever is possible to provide assistance to folks with hardships so they are able to attend our events

Once you apply to camp and make payment, there are no refunds if you change your mind on attending as we have to plan for a certain number of attendees to reserve the space and ensure fair pricing to all who attend. Refunds for truly exigent circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to board approval. Refunds are not guaranteed. Applicants may wish to obtain personal travel insurance to mitigate financial impact in the event they need to cancel.

To simplify paperwork, we ask that you make your payment in full. We recommend that folks who would like to break the payment for camp into smaller chunks utilize PayPal Credit. This will allow you to pay in full upfront and then pay back that credit in installments with zero interest (within 6 months) with PayPal.

Click on this link to apply for PayPal credit.

Applications for attendance and offerings will be accepted until June 1st. Offerings should be submitted as soon as possible for review to be added to the camp schedule. We cannot guarantee your offering will be accepted into the finalized schedule.

Yes!

This depends on the offerings of those attending but we can make this happen!
